When do I need an initial inspection?
Always for a new installation or after a renovation – without it the grid operator will not connect the supply and your insurer may reduce a payout.
How long does an inspection take?
A flat takes about 1–2 hours, a family house 2–4 hours, depending on the size of the installation and access to the switchboard.
What if the inspection fails?
The report describes the faults precisely. We fix minor ones on the spot and quote for larger ones.
What do I need to prepare?
Access to the switchboard and all rooms, ideally also the previous report or installation documentation.
Does the power have to be off?
Only briefly for some measurements. Most of the inspection is done with everything running.
Do insurers accept your report?
Yes, the report is issued by a certified inspection technician and is valid for insurers and authorities.
